No. You only need to set up an INPLUG once. All other mobile devices on the same Wi-Fi network will automatically have the INPLUGS  connected to the same WiFi connection shown in their INPLUG APP.

If you are on a 3G network then any new connections will not show until you are logged back onto the home WiFi again again.
