Yes, you can.
All INPLUGS are shown and can be controlled on the same mobile device, even when they are in different homes and/or on different networks.
The ones in local network are marked with "local" underneath the WiFi logo next to the icon for each INPLUG.
Typical scenario is that you have three INPLUGS in different places: one in your home; one in your office; and one in your vacation home. All three INPLUGS will be shown on your mobile device APP, and you can monitor and control them from anywhere at any time with an Internet connection.
However you need to be on the same network at the same time to configure each INPLUG up or to reset the INPLUG if there have been connection changes.
